Services and Qualifications

 

CC&C is a group professionals and paraprofessionals. Our employees have unique and individual qualifications. We are composed of CNAs, respiratory therapists, field paramedic assistants, as well as Caregivers with nursing school and healthcare backgrounds. CC&C has created a network of caregivers who will be paired with your senior based on personality, care requirements, and our ability to help your senior thrive. We have great success accommodating the family's expectations while tending to the needs of our senior clients. Our team of caregivers work well together and have mutual goals to keep our clients happy, healthy and active. They work closely with family to meet the expectations outlined in the care plan that is tailored to our client’s particular needs.

Colorado Caregivers & Companions Assist with:

​

-Aid with walking and exercise

-Aid with Wake-Up and Tuck-In

-Aid with clients weekly routine and activities

-Changing, bathing, grooming, and incontinence

-Client projects, entertainment, and hobbies

-Coordinate client's appointments

-Driving (to and from) social events

-Driving (to and from) Dr's appointments

-Ensuring and supervising home maintenance

-Grocery shopping and errands

-Light gardening

-Light housekeeping​

-Meal preparation

-Medication and vitamin reminders, prescription pick-up

-Monitor blood pressure, filling oxygen tanks, and diabetes check

-Prepare meals to entertain and host

Rates

​

Initial start-up fee and hourly rates are outlined in a proposal after the initial assessment. Rates are based on contracted hours, and the team requirements.
